Judge Hannah Dugan is scheduled to stand trial on December 15.
She’s facing allegations of assisting an undocumented immigrant in evading federal arrest at the courthouse.
The man in question was appearing for a misdemeanor battery case.
Her legal team previously sought to have the case dismissed, but a judge rejected that motion in August.
The trial date was confirmed during a hearing earlier today.
