A local representative is accepting nominations for First Responder of the Year.
Nominations are due in Representative Ron Tusler’s district by Friday, September 19th.
Nominees can be from towns, villages, cities, or from the county for consideration for First Responder of the Year in the 3rd Assembly District.
First responders don’t have to be from fire and EMS departments, but can also include police and sheriff’s officers.
There can be several reasons for nominating someone, including a specific heroic action, a significant professional achievement, their body of work over time, or their length of service.
