There were a pair of OWI-related traffic stops in Two Rivers on Tuesday, within 15 minutes of each other.
The first occurred just before 9:10 p.m. on Memorial Drive at Columbus Street.
An officer with the Two Rivers Police Department pulled a vehicle over as the driver was known to have a revoked license due to OWI.
The 34-year-old was cited for Failure to Install and Ignition Interlock Device and two counts of Felony Bail Jumping, but his bad night wasn’t over.
K9 Xanti was called to the scene and alerted the officers to the vehicle.
A subsequent search uncovered marijuana, fentanyl, and methamphetamine.
He was taken to the Manitowoc County Jail, with charges forthcoming related to drug possession.
Then, at 9:25 p.m., another traffic stop was conducted on Memorial Drive, this time at Lowell Street.
The 46-year-old male driver was found to be intoxicated and was arrested on his 3rd OWI.
He was arrested without further incident.
