
The Manitowoc County Homebuilders Association is getting ready for this year’s iteration of its annual Parade of Homes.
This year, seven brand new and remodeled homes around the county will be highlighted September 11th through the 13th.
The Parade will feature homes in which showcase some of the newest home trend,s including custom cabinetry, barn beams, mudrooms, outdoor living spaces, wood flooring, floor-to-ceiling fireplace, quartz countertops, and custom tiled showers.
The homes on display are located at:
- 359 Lake Breeze Way, Two Rivers from Jim Reif Builders
- 1705 Lincoln St., Two Rivers from Jim Reif Builders
- 5404 Woodland Dr., Two Rivers from Certified Builders
- 1339 Wolf Run, Manitowoc from Mike Howe Builders
- 929 N. 24th St., Manitowoc from Bartow Builders
- 767 S. Union Rd., Manitowoc from Pekarske Builders
- 15215 Clarks Mills Rd., Reedsville from Mike Howe Builders
Tickets for the 2025 MCHBA Parade of Homes allow entry into each of the seven homes one time.
They are available at Parade entrances for $10 each.
Tickets are also available in advance for $8 and these local businesses: Bank First (Manitowoc, Mishicot, and Two Rivers), UnitedOne Credit Union (all Manitowoc locations) Braun Building Center, Carpets Plus of Manitowoc, Manitowoc Heating, Precision Floors & Décor (Manitowoc), Drexel Building Supply (Kiel), and the MCHBA office.
