Three people are in custody after a shooting at a Sheboygan grocery store.
The Sheboygan Police Department dispatched officers to 924 North Taylor Drive Friday on a report of a 22-year-old man with multiple gunshot wounds.
The victim was transported to a local hospital with life-threatening injuries, including a gunshot wound to the chest, but he was subsequently airlifted to a Milwaukee hospital.
An investigation, including a statement from the victim, led investigators to three men from Outagamie County, who were arrested by the Outagamie County Sheriff’s Office.
Their names and ages were not released. No additional details were released regarding the situation, but the Sheboygan Police Department did note that detectives are working with law enforcement in Outagamie County on the case.
