A Manitowoc food spot is once again showing its support for local history.
The Manitowoc A&W, located at 4141 Harbor Town Lane, and the Manitowoc County Historical Society will be holding a Share Night fundraiser on September 24th from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
This event aims to raise money that will be put towards increasing awareness and local history education at the historical society’s Pinecrest Historical Village.
Amy Meyer, the Executive Director of the historical society in Manitowoc, is grateful for this opportunity, stating, “We are so appreciative of our local restaurants and their efforts to help us raise funds to support our mission to preserve and share our local history.”
Money raised on September 24th will go directly towards operational costs and the educational programs the historical society provides.
