
Manitowoc Lutheran, the defending Division Four state girls’ volleyball champions, opens its season today at a two-day Invitational held at the Champion Center in Grand Chute.
Multiple teams from northeast Wisconsin are competing with Lancers Head Coach Lacey Behnke telling SeehaferNews.com that they are expected to play six matches through Saturday.
The Lancers open against Waupaca today, with future opponents to be determined based on results throughout the tournament.
Meanwhile, Manitowoc Lincoln opens their season at Sun Prairie East High School with a two-day Invitational hosted by the Suns.
Mary Beth Dixon begins her 24th year leading the Ships as approximately 20 teams from throughout the state are expected to participate through Saturday.
Reedsville is hosting an invitational today with Roncalli, Two Rivers, Mishicot, Kiel ,and Algoma, part of the field.
The competition is expected to begin at 8:00 a.m., and Hilbert will welcome a field that includes Valders, Brillion, Kohler, Kewaunee, and New Holstein.
Matches are scheduled to begin at 8:00 a.m.
