The man who was arrested at the Manitowoc County Fair has a long list of legal troubles, including a child sexual assault case.
24-year-old William M. Lowe is still in the Manitowoc County Jail as he has yet to furnish his $1,500 cash bail, set by Court Commissioner Patricia Koppa, which was split between three separate cases.
In the fair arrest, he was charged with Resisting, Obstructing, and three counts of Felony Bail Jumping, but Lowe also had bail set on six more counts of Felony Bail Jumping and two counts of Disorderly Conduct.
There is still an open case against him where he faces a charge of 2nd Degree Sexual Assault of a Child, which stems back to 2023.
In that case, he has yet to have his initial appearance, which has been adjourned 17 times as no public defender has been appointed to his case.
He is due for that initial appearance on September 8th in Branch 3, but first, he will have his initial appearance for the new charges on September 2nd in Branch 2.
