A Milwaukee man is facing charges for allegedly assaulting a Milwaukee County bus driver.
The incident reportedly happened after a rider missed their stop, prompting the suspect, Daniel Kasten, to yell at the driver.
He then exited the bus, reboarded, and confronted the driver physically, allegedly pushing his chest against them and grabbing their neck.
Kasten has acknowledged his role in the altercation but claims the driver was at fault.
The incident occurred on August 19.
