After over 35 years with the Dramm Corporation, the man in charge of sales has announced his retirement.
Ron Greening began his career with the Manitowoc-based manufacturer in the operations department, but as the company explained, “his natural talent for sales quickly became recognized.”
Over the years, Ron contributed to the design and development of equipment and products for the Commercial, Livestock, Fertilizer, and Retail segments.
He was instrumental in the sales department’s success, as he helped pioneer the expansion of the product line, developed innovative merchandising displays, and strengthened
Dramm’s presence in the lawn and garden marketplace. Taking over the role of Director of Retail Sales is Russell Blackwell, who has more than 35 years of horticulture experience and extensive knowledge in both the Commercial and Retail markets.

Russel Blackwell and Danielle Caldwell
Also joining the Dramm sales team is Danielle Caldwell, who brings 14 years of experience in retail account management.
Ron will remain with the Retail team through the end of 2025 to assist Russell with his transition and support Danielle in her new role.
President Hans Dramm spoke highly of his outgoing sales manager, saying, “We want to thank Ron for his years of service and success, and we congratulate Russell on his promotion as we welcome Danielle to the team. We wish Ron well and feel well-positioned for the future.”
