A man convicted in a Green Bay double homicide has once again been convicted.
Online court records show that Richard Sotka was already serving two consecutive life sentences when a jury found him guilty of Battery by Prisoners for an attack on a jail correctional officer.
In this conviction, the 51-year-old Sotka was sentenced to three years in prison and three years on extended supervision on top of his two current life sentences.
Sotka reportedly struck the jail worker in the head, and back-up needed to be called to restrain him.
It was not reported what led to the attack.
