Authorities and family members in Milwaukee are still searching for several people missing after devastating floods.
They tore through a homeless encampment in the city over a week ago.
Among the missing is 59-year-old Miguel Flores, last seen at the encampment beneath the bridge near South Chase Avenue and South 1st Street along the Kinnickinnic River, according to his nephew Arturo Vazquez.
So far, 72-year-old Isaias Serna is the only confirmed fatality, found dead in the Kinnickinnic River on August 13.
