One of the most used trails in Sheboygan County will be experiencing periodic closures.
The Sheboygan County Planning and Conservation Department has shared that these closures will be on the Old Plank Road Trail in the next few weeks.
At this time, no set dates for when the closures will be in effect have been provided; however, the department stated that they will take place on portions of the trail west of Plymouth.
These closures have been announced to allow crews to conduct required maintenance on the heavily trafficked trail.
The Old Plank Road Trail runs 21 miles from the City of Sheboygan west to the Fond du Lac County line.
Future updates regarding the trail closures can be found by visiting the Sheboygan County Planning and Conservation Department Facebook page.
