The Green Bay man known as “Uncle Fester” has been convicted, but not for his drug case.
For the second time since his 2023 arrest, 67-year-old Stephen Preisler was found guilty due to a no-contest plea on a charge of Felony Bail Jumping after he violated his parole by contacting his daughter.
WBAY TV reports that the defense claimed that he was checking in on his homeless daughter.
He was ordered to spend two years on probation, during which he is not allowed to have any contact with any known drug users or dealers, but he can speak with his daughter as long as the contact is approved by an agent.
Preisler is far from out of the legal woods, as he is still awaiting trial on a slew of drug charges, including Manufacturing or Delivering Amphetamine, Maintaining a Drug Trafficking Place, and more.
He will next be in front of Judge John Zakowski on August 18th for a motion hearing ahead of his October trial.
