A Minnesota driver was arrested on suspicion of operating while intoxicated in Wisconsin.
The man was taken into custody after being pulled over by a Wisconsin State Patrol Trooper in a construction zone in Eau Claire County.
Authorities say 38-year-old Cortney Saffold was driving 80 mph in a 60 mph zone on I-94 when he was stopped.
At the time, three children were inside the vehicle.
Saffold was taken into custody at the scene, and the children were released to an adult passenger who was also in the car.
