Manitowoc’s local community theater group is gearing up for its 95th season.
The Masquers are holding auditions for their first production of the season, The Games A Foot or Holmes for the Holidays.
The play takes place in 1936 at a mansion in Connecticut after Broadway star William Gillette invites fellow cast members to his home.
But when one of the guests is stabbed to death, the festivity in the home quickly turns to danger.
While it seems like a serious play, The Games Afoot brings in many hilarious moments as part of a holiday-themed whodunit.
Anyone interested is asked to meet at the Masquers Coach House either Thursday or Friday (August 14th and 15th) at 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.
Interested participants are asked to bring a headshot and information about their schedule.
The cast comprises eight actors, including five women and three men.
The show will run from November 6th to the 8th.
