A fatal crash involving a horse-drawn buggy is under investigation in Clark County.
Just before 3 p.m., a van struck the buggy from behind on County Trunk Highway K.
An adult passenger in the buggy was pronounced dead at the scene, while a 12-year-old child sustained serious injuries.
The driver of the van was unharmed.
