The Sheboygan Community Recreation Department is looking to lessen the financial burden on families preparing for the school year.
With that in mind, the Rec Department, in collaboration with The Optimist Club of Sheboygan, will be hosting Back to School Basics 2025 today at 8:00 a.m. through 10:00 a.m. at Longfellow Elementary School.
This event will be a free school supply giveaway for Sheboygan area families who are gearing up for the upcoming academic year.
Anyone with a child in need of extra pencils, folders, notebooks, or any other basic school supplies is invited to attend.
Longfellow Elementary School is located at 819 Kentucky Avenue, just south of Downtown Sheboygan.
