
Two wanted fugitives have been apprehended in the City of Oshkosh.
Sergeant Chris Gorte with the Oshkosh Police Department’s Criminal Investigations Division has stated that, through information received from the community, two individuals wanted by law enforcement were at a residence in the 700 block of West 9th Avenue.
Investigators with the department’s Vice and Narcotics Unit made contact with the individuals, a 48-year-old male and a 38-year-old male, both of Oshkosh.
It was learned that the 48-year-old had two outstanding felony warrants while the 38-year-old was wanted on a probation warrant.
Both men were subsequently arrested and transported to the Winnebago County Jail.
At this time, authorities in Oshkosh have not given details on the nature of the alleged crimes committed.
