The Manitowoc County branch of Habitat for Humanity is now accepting applications.
Low-income families are encouraged to throw their hats into the ring to potentially receive a two-bedroom home in Manitowoc that will be renovated by the organization in early September.
Manitowoc County Habitat for Humanity is a non-profit, non-denominational Christian housing ministry that seeks to build or renovate affordable housing for low-income families.
Participants are chosen based on their need for housing, the ability to pay the no-interest loan, and their willingness to partner with Habitat.
Applications can be obtained by calling the Habitat office at 920-683-8466, visiting the office located at 1209 South 41st Street in Manitowoc, or going to ManitowocHabitat.org.
Applications are due by August 25th.
