A Wisconsin man has been sentenced to 29 months in prison for possessing materials used to create chemical weapons.
James Morgan, a former chemistry student at the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater who described himself as a weapon designer, pleaded guilty earlier this year.
Authorities say FBI agents found dangerous chemicals in his storage unit during a search.
Investigators also uncovered messages in which Morgan allegedly outlined a plan to use chlorine gas to target approximately 20 government agents.
