The Two Rivers School District has announced the hiring of Blake Van Vooren as their new athletic Director, replacing Brian Gallagher, who stepped down earlier this year.
Van Vooren begins his fourth year with the Two Rivers Public School District, having eight years of coaching experience at the high school level.
Van Vooren has served as a Social Studies and Business Education teacher and is working towards a master’s degree in business management at UW-Whitewater.
In a news release, Van Vooren says of his hiring “I look forward to continuing the tradition of committing to student success I and outside of the classroom. I am grateful for this opportunity and am excited to continue to grow with the students, staff, and community in Two Rivers”.
