A 22-year-old Milwaukee woman is facing charges after a high-speed police chase ended in a fatal crash.
Cera Wilkerson allegedly fled a traffic stop last week, reaching speeds of up to 88 mph in a 23 mph zone.
Her vehicle collided with another, killing Lyft driver El Moctar Sidiya, 28.
The crash also seriously injured 27-year-old Marquis Ward.
Wilkerson is scheduled to appear in court on August 11.
