Another Manitowoc man facing charges of possession of child pornography will be back in court later today (August 4th).
48-year-old Steven J. Wester will return for a scheduling conference in Judge Mark Rohrer’s courtroom.
Wester was arrested in December last year after he was caught allegedly having a “significant amount of images and video depicting child porn on numerous electronic devices.”
Manitowoc Police got a tip from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children about a photo depicting child pornography being uploaded from a computer in Manitowoc.
Wester’s bond was modified in May, allowing him to have internet access so he can continue his classwork through Fox Valley Technical College; however, the court is still allowed to randomly monitor his activities.
