One of the biggest weekends of the year in the City of Sheboygan is here.
Brat Days, presented by the Sheboygan Jaycees, will take place today (August 2nd) beginning at 11:00 a.m.
As always, the celebration of everything bratwurst will be free to attend, with hours of free entertainment to enjoy throughout the day.
Starting things off will be the Dirty Martinis taking the main stage from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
During that same time, a cornhole tournament will be held at noon, along with some people’s favorite event, the brat eating contest, which takes place at 1:00 p.m.
Local favorite Pat McCurdy will then hit the stage to perform from 1:30 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. While he performs, the Brat Days Karaoke Idol Contest will run from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. at Kiwanis Park.
The next acts to perform on the main stage will be The Radio Effect at 4:30 p.m., Stetsin and Lace at 6:15 p.m., and Blizzard of Randy: A Tribute to Ozzy – The Rhoads Years at 8:00 p.m.
This year’s headliner, High N’ Dry (The Ultimate Def Leppard Tribute), will finish off festivities, performing from 9:45 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.
