A Milwaukee man is now facing criminal charges after a firearm incident.
These charges come after he allegedly shot at a City Department of Public Works truck.
A criminal complaint reports that three bullet holes were found on the vehicle as the employee was driving.
Police attempted to arrest the suspect the next day, but the pursuit was unsuccessful.
He was eventually apprehended on July 23.
