There are a pair of Manitowoc County governmental meetings scheduled for today (July 30th).
The Transportation Coordinating Committee will be in the Heritage Center at 1:00 this evening, where they will hear comments from the public.
Then, after approving the 2nd quarter reports, the group will get updates on the buses awarded in 2023 and 2024, and marketing updates.
Then, at 5:30 p.m., the Manitowoc-Calumet Library System Board will convene in the Lester Public Library.
They will also hear comments from the public before reviewing financial reports and the payment of bills over the past two months.
Then, after looking over their usual reports, the group will schedule a finance committee meeting to review a 2026 budget proposal, and a personnel committee meeting for the annual performance review for the system director.
