Two men in Green Bay were arrested for a 2023 fatal shooting.
The Green Bay Police Department and the U.S. Marshals Service Eastern Wisconsin Violent Offender Task Force announced that the 40-year-old and 41-year-old were located yesterday (July 28th) and taken to the Brown County Jail, but didn’t say specifically where the men were found.
The November 3rd, 2023, shooting took the life of 30-year-old Carlos Otero-Aviles of Green Bay.
He was shot in a parking lot of an apartment complex in the 1700 block of Western Avenue while attending a party.
The incident remains under investigation, and no further details are being released right now.
Green Bay Police are asking for witnesses to come forward in the case.
