For the fourth consecutive month, home prices in Manitowoc County rose in June.
According to the Wisconsin Realtors Association, the median home price for properties sold in Manitowoc County last month came out to $267,500, which is over $45,000 more than in May.
Since February, the median sales price has risen by $75,000 and currently sits $36,500 more than in June of 2024.
Meanwhile, the number of homes sold dropped from 102 in May to 88 last month, but that is 3 more than were sold in June of 2024.
At the halfway mark of the year, the year-to-date average for homes sold in Manitowoc County is at $219,375, which is roughly $6,000 more than the same time last year, with 25 more homes sold.
At the state level, the $340,000 median price is up $10,000 from May and continues a five-month upward trend.
7,172 homes were sold last month, which is 565 more than in May and 471 more than in June of 2024.
