Two people were hospitalized after a fire broke out early Sunday morning at a home in Deerfield.
Deerfield Fire Department responded to Burve Road at around 3:00 a.m.
A resident said his sister and son were injured and taken to the hospital.
The family also stated that they lost a dog and a parrot in the blaze.
The cause is still under investigation.
