A suspected gunman and the woman he allegedly shot in Racine on Tuesday have both died.
Authorities say Charmeka Flowers, 48, succumbed to her injuries after being airlifted to the hospital.
The alleged shooter was 51-year-old Johnny Williams
He was also found with what police believe were self-inflicted gunshot wounds and later died.
The incident took place near Reshke Avenue and Prospect Street.
