An arrest warrant has been issued for a man suspected in a June hit-and-run crash that injured a cyclist.
Isiah Colon-Johnson is facing multiple charges, including reckless injury, hit-and-run, and driving with a suspended license.
Investigators say someone on the phone with Colon-Johnson overheard him suggesting he might have hit someone.
The victim, Zane Staubach, says he was biking to work when struck by a black SUV.
If convicted, Colon-Johnson could face up to 31 years in prison.
