
The man facing 66 charges in a domestic harassment case in Manitowoc is free on bond.
49-year-old Jeremy V. Quasius was given a $2,500 cash bond by Court Commissioner Patricia Koppa on 22 counts of Violating a Harassment Injunction and 44 counts of Misdemeanor Bail Jumping.
The victim handed over a stack of printed-out emails to police on July 15th, dating back to June 1st.
Quasius was previously ordered to have no contact with the victim.
Over that same time frame, he also made an unspecified number of calls to the victim.
As a part of his bond, Quasius was ordered to have no contact with the victim.
He is due back in court for his initial appearance on August 14th.
