There is one meeting today (July 22nd) in the City of Two Rivers.
The Business and Industrial Development Committee will hold a joint meeting with the Community Development Authority in the Council Chambers at 5:15 p.m.
After getting an update on construction and marketing activity in the Sandy Bay Subdivision, the group will discuss the status of Lot 16, Block 2, which is a part of phase 2 of the project.
They will also get a status on the loans to Pop-Start Pizza and the Violet Inn project and will review a report on other outstanding loans.
They will close the day by reviewing the site plan for a proposed use of property in the Columbus Industrial Park.
