A body pulled from the Milwaukee River on Monday has been identified as 45-year-old John Papp.
Friends say Papp was working at the Air and Water Show and was scheduled for an overnight shift at 10 p.m. Sunday.
Police believe he spent several hours at a bar before reportedly jumping off a boat later that night.
Loved ones say they’re struggling to understand what led to his final moments.
