A tornado may have touched down in Manitowoc over the weekend.
A video on the All About Manitowoc Facebook page shows a funnel cloud, which was confirmed by the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA).
They haven’t confirmed it was an official tornado.
There were multiple reports of wind damage in the county, as confirmed by a trained spotter and emergency management, which included wind damage and some power outages.
The National Weather Service in Green Bay also reports that some trees were taken down due to the storms.
A funnel cloud is considered condensation funneling from the base of a towering cumulus cloud associated with a rotation column of air, but has not touched the ground.
If the funnel reached the ground, it would be classified as a tornado.
