A Manitowoc man will be going to prison on a pair of cases.
34-year-old Devin R. Yauch was found guilty due to no contest pleas on charges of Possession with Intent to Deliver Narcotics and 2nd Degree Sexual Assault of a Child.
Judge Jerilyn Dietz ordered he spend three years in prison, followed by three years on extended supervision for the 2023 drug case, while Judge Robert Dewane added two years in prison and five years of extended supervision on the child sex case.
As a part of his sentencing, Yauch was ordered to maintain absolute sobriety, maintain full-time employment, schooling, work search, or a combination thereof, to undergo a psychosexual evaluation, and to comply with the National Sex Offender Registry.
He does have credit for serving 691 days in jail.
