The Chamber of Manitowoc County is warning of a new scam targeting Chamber members.
Executive Director Abbey Quistorf tells SeehaferNews.com that an outside company using the email address emily@LeadFocus.in has been contacting individuals, falsely claiming to sell The Chamber’s contact list.
She warned, “This activity is not authorized by The Chamber. We strongly urge you not to engage with these emails…While The Chamber does offer a legitimate USPS mailing list to members upon request, this list is only available directly through our staff.”
Those who receive any email similar to this are encouraged to contact the Chamber directly.
Chamber members who want to be on the USPS mailing list are encouraged to contact the Chamber directly by calling 920-684-5575, emailing info@ChamberManitwoocCounty.org, or by going to Business.ChamberManitowocCounty.org/contact.
