
Three members of the 2024 Kiel Raiders football team will play in this weekend’s Wisconsin Football Coaches Association All-Star Game at Titan Stadium in Oshkosh.
Harrison Zorn contributed to all three phases for Head Coach David Esswein last season.
Zorn led the EWC champion Raiders last season in receptions (37), receiving yardage (662), receiving touchdowns (12), yards per kick return and punt return, per punt average and had 33 total tackles, 23 of which were solo.
Bryce Gullixon had one of the best seasons for a running back last year.
He carried the ball 178 times for 1,845 yards and 35 touchdowns and added a receiving touchdown, while lineman Brady Bortz was nearly unstoppable on the defensive side of the ball in 2024.
The 6-foot-4-inch 280-pound Bortz had 52 total tackles, 38 of which were solo, to go along with a team-leading 9-and-a-half sacks.
Also going to Oshkosh is Logan Maertz from Reedsville.
He led the Panthers in total receptions (20) and receiving yardage (242) and defensively, he was a ball-hawk with a team-leading 33 tackles (23 solo) and 5 interceptions.
All four players will be on the North Division Small Schools team that will play the South Small Division squad at noon on Saturday at Titan Stadium in Oshkosh.
The Large Division School game will kick at 4 Saturday afternoon while the 8-man Division contest is scheduled for 6 p.m. Friday night (tonight).
The games serve as a fundraiser for The Children’s Hospital of Wisconsin as participating players and coaches raise money for the hospital.
