A camper stolen last week has been located on Milwaukee’s north side, though not without damage.
Owners Bill and Ellen Kavanagh say the vehicle was found at an impound lot with a bent frame, disconnected wiring, and missing items.
The couple was preparing for a trip with their grandchildren when they discovered the camper had vanished from their driveway.
Surveillance video reportedly captured a white Cadillac Escalade towing the stolen camper away.
