The Manitowoc woman accused of threatening to bite a police officer’s face is free on bond.
40-year-old Amanda Emily Allan was given a $1,500 recognizance bond by Court Commissioner Patricia Koppa on a charge of Threats to Law Enforcement.
Three officers were dispatched to a residence in the 1400 block of South 14th Street at 3:00 Friday afternoon on a report of some family trouble.
While speaking with Allan, she reportedly threatened to punch one of the officers in the face and then “eat (their) face like a poodle.”
As a part of her bond, Allan was ordered to maintain absolute sobriety.
Allan is due for her initial appearance on August 4th in Branch 4.
