As more people are in need of food assistance, the Sheboygan County Food Bank needs donations more than ever.
The Food Bank has shared that, currently, their warehouse shelves are less than 30% stocked.
At this point, through 2025, they have been distributing nearly 90,000 pounds of food each month through their emergency network.
This food distribution is supporting an average of over 6,000 family visits a month, which is both more food and more families than last year’s average.
With that in mind, the Food Bank is seeking donations of cereal, pasta, rice, and canned fruit, tuna, and chicken, along with personal care items like soap and toothpaste.
Basic, everyday items such as these make a huge difference to the families facing hunger in Sheboygan County, and donations will help them while also keeping the Food Bank’s shelves stocked.
Anyone who would like to help can drop donations off at the Food Bank’s warehouse, which is located at 3115 North 21st Street in the City of Sheboygan.
