A Milwaukee father is facing a first-degree intentional homicide charge following the shooting death of his four-year-old son.
The child’s mother has also been charged with child neglect resulting in death.
Authorities were called to an apartment near 75th and Northridge Lakes last Thursday and found the boy with a gunshot wound.
A witness told investigators the mother claimed the shot came from outside the home.
Casandra Taylor appeared in court yesterday and is being held on a $5,000 bond.
Ralph Taylor has not yet made his initial court appearance.
