The Milwaukee music scene is grieving after the death of a local rapper and event promoter.
Antwan “Tweezy” Hogans was killed in a shooting early Saturday near the intersection of Water and Michigan Streets, an area known for its nightlife.
Another victim was taken to the hospital but later died from their injuries.
Community members describe Hogans as a mentor and a positive force in the lives of many.
