
The Manitowoc County Historical Society is looking to help local educators.
The Historical Society will be hosting free teacher workshops on July 30th and August 7th, with both running from 9:00 a.m. to noon.
Each workshop will have a strong focus on history, art, and science while intertwined with elements local history.
It will also highlight hands-on activities related to early transportation history including a visit to the recently restored Meeme House due to its connection the stage coach era and beyond.
Any educators, homeschool partners, and other interested community supporters are encouraged to attend either of the workshops.
While the teacher workshops are free to attend, advanced registration is required.
