The City of Manitowoc is closing a portion of North 8th Street for sewer repair.
The area on 8th Street between New York Avenue and Pine Street will be closed to northbound traffic starting at 6:30 a.m. and will be reopened at the end of the day.
Northbound traffic will be detoured east at New York Avenue to Lincoln Blvd, then north on Lincoln to Pine Street and west on Pine Street back to N 8th Street.
The lane closure will remain until the pavement is restored.
