There are two Manitowoc County governmental meetings scheduled for today (July 9th).
The Public Works Committee will be in the Public Health Building at 4:30 p.m. where the public will be given time to comment.
Then, after getting an update on the Recycling and Solid Waste Programs, the group will review change orders for the Courthouse windows and HAC system replacement project.
The group will also get the latest on numerous capital projects, and will read a proclamation announcing the 2025 Manitowoc County Fairest of the Fair.
The Public Safety Committee will close out the evening at 5:00 p.m. in the Communication and Technology Building.
They will receive the corrections confinement report, and their monthly financial reports before Sheriff Dan Hartwig hosts a discussion on department tasers, and body, squad, and, interview room cameras, including cloud storage.
