The man who was tasered by Two Rivers Police over the weekend is free on bond.
63-year-old Manitowoc County resident Robert Klein was given a $1,500 recognizance bond by Court Commissioner Patricia Koppa on charges of Resisting an Officer and Threats to Law Enforcement.
His arrest was a part of a busy Fourth of July weekend for Two Rivers Police.
Chief Ben Meinnert told the City Council on Monday that Klein was intoxicated and resisted arrest.
Officers were forced to use their tasers to make the arrest.
As a part of his bond, Klein was ordered to maintain absolute sobriety.
He is due back in court on July 28th for his initial appearance.
