Millennium Technologies has provided an update on its progress following a substantial fire last month.
It has been roughly three weeks since the Plymouth-based company experienced a fire that saw more than 10 area fire departments respond following a MABAS alarm being activated due to the building’s size and the condition of the blaze.
At this time, Millennium Technologies has said that progress is coming along great after the fire caused a portion of their roof to collapse.
This progress has been made possible due to the help of local companies, whose support in the repair and rebuild has been instrumental.
The company’s plating work remains delayed; however, all other services, including cylinder head work, porting, and crankshaft repairs, are running at standard turnaround times.
On the progress, the company has stated, “We can’t say thank you enough. So many of you have chosen to be patient and wait for your work to be completed while we restore our plating capabilities — that loyalty doesn’t go unnoticed, and it speaks volumes.”
Currently, Millennium Technologies is still estimating repairs to take six to eight weeks, but they are working to shorten that timeline as much as they can.
