The Oshkosh Police Department and Winnebago County Sheriff’s Office are investigating a fatal drug overdose death.
OPD says the sheriff’s office was called for an unresponsive subject due to a possible drug overdose in the Town of Algoma.
First responders attempted lifesaving measures, but the person was pronounced dead at the scene.
The investigation led Oshkosh Police Detectives to an address in the 1200 block of Titan Court in the city.
A search warrant was served by members of the Winnebago County Sheriff’s Office and Oshkosh Police SWAT Teams.
No one has been taken into custody, according to the departments, but the incident is still under investigation.
